Situated in the picturesque valley of Raurisertal, on the edge of the attractive and family-friendly village that bears the same name, lies the Schonblick Mountain Resort & Spa. Our apartment is located at the edge of the Rauris, with wide views up towards the Sonnblick Glacier, and the main ski gondola only 150m away.

Rauris is in the heart of the Salzburgerland in the Hohe Tauern National Park, the Rauris valley is an ideal location for summer and winter vacations for the whole family. Rauris is a stunning alpine village, with spectacular views to the Sonnblick Glacier.

The Rauris valley offers a multitude of sporting activities throughout the year, such as white water rafting, mountaineering, sledging, free ski-ing, paragliding, ice and rock climbing, and 46 km of groomed cross country pistes. The main gondola station is approximately 100m away from our development and the vast Nordic ski trails start within the site boundary. The majority of ski-ing takes place above 1,650m - but even beginners can find slopes for them at over 1.800m.
